Officers' terms end upon the adjournment of the last meeting of the year--the one after the Annual Business Meeting.

*According to the WSTC Constitution (will download a Word doc):

• "A candidate for President must have been a member in good standing for at least one (1) year prior to the Annual Business Meeting."
• "A person may be elected President for a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms."
• Terms of all officers are 1 year.

* Board Chair

Board member terms end upon the election of new members at the Annual Business Meeting.

According to the WSTC Constitution: (will download a Word doc)

• There are to be 5 board members. (MI Nonprofit Corporations Act requires at least 3.)
• Terms are 2 years.
• "A vacancy on the Board of Directors shall be filled by a majority vote of all of the remaining members of the Board of Directors. The term of any member so elected shall be until the next Annual Business Meeting."
