In 2006 the MDLA became eligible for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). This is a program where federal, postal and military employees may make donations to our organization through payroll deductions. Government employees can signup for these payroll deductions during the yearly fall campaign. MLDA is listed in the CFC Agency Guide. Our CFC # 17513

Donations can also be made to the MDLA indirectly. When making purchases at Staples, the Rewards Program credit can be given to MDLA. It is very simple. Just ask the cashier to credit the purchase to the Michigan Lyme Disease Association. The cashier can key in 1-734-326-3502 and get our rewards account number. This is an easy and much appreciate method of donation to MDLA. We get credits towards our purchases.
