From US-23 to the East, take Exit 37, turning west onto Washtenaw Avenue towards Ann Arbor. Turn left at the next major intersection onto Huron Parkway. At the first light, continue going straight as it becomes Platt Road. Turn right at the second light onto Packard. The farm will be on your right just after Easy Street. Turn right into the Buhr Park grounds and park on the left across from the farm. |

Living history museum in the restored 1845 cobblestone Classical Revival two-family home of Dr. Benajah Ticknor (U.S. Naval Surgeon) and Heman Ticknor (farmer and Whig politician). Guided tours and special events portray rural lifestyle of the 1845-1860 era. |
