The ECAT catalog is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week through PORTAL which lists 95% of Eastern's books, 50% of media, and all periodicals. The online catalog does not include government documents, maps, or archival materials. A user id may be required for access. (Please contact the library for assistance.)
The online catalog is also available through computers located to the left of the main entrance. A librarian or assistant is usually on hand to help and will look up a specific request for you. |

From I-94 on the South, take Exit 183 north onto Huron Street. Follow Huron 5 blocks past Michigan Avenue US-12 and turn left onto Cross Blvd. Make the first right onto Oakwood after passing the water tower and the McKenny Student Union. Make the first right and turn right again into the McKenny Guest Lot.

| On-Campus Directions |
After parking, walk between Briggs Hall on the left and McKenny Union on the right and continue past Sherzer Hall on the left and Starkweather Hall on the right. Turn left at the circle and walk past the greenhouses on the left and King Hall on the right. The library is on the right just after King Hall. You will be entering on the second floor. An Information/Self-Guided Tour sheet is available at the information desk. Catalog computers are to the left of the information desk and on each floor. The microfilm room is straight ahead to the right past the circulation desk. The local history section is upstairs on the third floor. The map room is downstairs on the first floor, through the Science and Technology Room.

| Parking |
The McKenny Guest Lot charges $1.00 per hour with a $5.00 maximum. There are two metered spaces and handicap parking available directly in front of the library. To get there from Oakwood, turn right onto W. Circle Drive and follow it to the library which will be on your left after the first turn.
