A Letter from religious leaders in Ann Arbor of civil opposition to the Actions of the Sabbath Protestors of JWF&F in front of Congregation Beth Israel, Sept, 2011

"For us, the undersigned, this is a matter of harassing behavior directed toward Jews of this synagogue, irrespective of what its members believe. ... we believe that those protesting who call themselves “Jewish Witnesses for Peace and Friends” are a poor witness when it comes to civil discourse, and hardly peaceful."

and now, for something different (and sociopathic), from Henry and friends:

"I just think this is the most unjust issue there is everywhere [sic] ...", Shirley Zempel speaking about Israel and the Palestinian conflict. (Ann Arbor News, Aug 25, 2013) More unjust than Syria killing it's own citizens? 100,000 have been killed according to a UN estimate--far more than the Palestinian casualties (8000 according to Wikipedia) in the conflict with Israel from 1948 to the present. (Israeli casulaties aren't included becasue Zempel wouldn't care about those.) And that is only one of the many conflicts among Arabs.

from one of Henry's"researcher" friends: (Feb 23, 2013)
[our] arguments boil down to three simple contentions:
1. Hitler’s “Final Solution” was intended to be ethnic cleansing, not extermination. Is that because "only" 90% of Europe's Jews were murdered?
2. There were no homicidal gas chambers used by the Third Reich. Are you busy burning the photos and German documents?
3. There were fewer than 6 million Jews killed of the 55 million who died in WWII. Oh, much better if instead of 6 million used for experiments, thrown on rocks, whipped, attacked by dogs, ... until dead, it was only 5.9 million.

"Tough times call for tough decisions and our tolerance of a war-mongering assassin who promised change, but has delivered nothing close to it, has run out." "Progressive" Henry is running for a slot as a Republican state convention delegate. Doesn't he know that, aside from a few Ron Paulites, teapartiers (whatever else their flaws) are pro-Israel and a lot less forbearing than local Jews?? (suggestion: If elected bring splints, bandaids and bacitracin!) (July 7, 2012)

Henry outdoes himself with another quotable quote on the same page about the outcome of "Trial of the Century" over his stolen hate sign. The suit went against him "with prejudice", meaning   "finito"', "no do overs"!. (Suggestion to Henry, based on this precedent: microchips and " hate sign-cams" on your remaining posters--while they last !)

DEPT. OF "DUH SHERLOCK"
"New group position: JWFP is anti-Israel" (June 8, 2012)
(a page from Henry Herskovitz' masturbatory blog, which, evidently, no one reads except the intrepid folks of FEH on the theory of "it's dirty work but someone has to do it".) Thanks for clarifying your position Henry! We were so in doubt of your real feelings!!

"Seven Vigilers Toast the Supreme Court’s decision on Snyder v. Phelps" [allowing the Phelps Family Cult of the Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas to picket the funerals of American serviceman and carry signs with hateful slogans and yell defamatory messages at family members of the deceased and other mourners.] (March 5, 2011)

"Last fall we reported on a visit to Central Michigan University campus to hear Shirley Phelps-Roper [of the radically homophobic and antisemitic family cult that pickets funerals--including those of fallen American soldiers--with "God hates fags" signage] speak about Westboro Baptist Church, and their reliance on the Constitution’s First Amendment to have their views heard. And though their issues and those of Jewish Witnesses for Peace and Friends are different, there is a commonality between the two groups." (March 5, 2011)

"We are once again reminded of The Jewish Onslaught by [widely disgraced and reviled professor who mimics the virulently antisemitic ideology of Louis Farrakhan] Tony Martin, the 'dynamic silencing' of Fr. Charles Coughlin, and the repeated, but unsuccessful, attempts at silencing our own [JWPF] voices."(November 28, 2010)
