After two years of serving as Emmanuel's interim pastor, David Allen Hendricks was installed as our called spiritual leader at a special service held in the afternoon of February 1st. In the Lutheran Church, the rite (or ceremony) recognizing acceptance of a call to lead a congregation is referred to as Installation.
