Congratulations to Emmanuel’s
2012 CROP Walkers and Supporters!
The 14 individuals and family groups who participated in the Ypsilanti CROP Walk on Sunday, October 7, raised $1,959 to date--$851 more than last year! Many thanks to all of you, both walkers and donors--this was an OUTSTANDING response!
Those who walked were Miriam, Samuel, Vincent, Xavier and Zach Bornhorst; Monica and Dennis Doerr; Heidi Fredrick; Mike Gelletly; Joan Hendricks; Pastor Dave Hendricks; Linda Lau; Jennifer Less; Sharon Meadows; Lori and Emma Parkin; Adam Walters; Jeff Walters; Pam, Madison and Tom Willoughby; and Barb Miller. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all—walkers AND supporters!
The overall total to date is $10,059 for the 66 Ypsilanti participants. Final results will be tallied when all monies and online donations have been received by the November 8 local CROP meeting. We expect to receive up to $800 in supplemental funds from the Washtenaw County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for Emmanuel’s efforts, as well.
