Swing and Jazz Ensemble

Sit back and enjoy an entertaining, eclectic mix of music ranging from jazz, western swing, and Dixieland to popular be-bop and classic vocal standards.  Selections include music by George and Ira Gershwin, Sonny Rollins, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Bob Wills, and Louis Jordan as well as the group’s own unique arrangements.  Myron Grant on vocals, guitar, harmonica, and “the bones,” percussionist Eric Nyhuis, Erin Zurbuchen on acoustic bass, Jake Reichbart, lead guitar and vocals, and Mary Seelhorst on violin and vocals will keep your toes tapping and your hearts smiling.  Five Guys Named Moe have performed throughout the Great Lakes states since 1994 as major proponents of the classic swing and jazz music from early twentieth century America.
