Conference Minister Ulery resigns
Conference Minister Kent Ulery has announced his resignation effective June 30,
2008. It is with great sadness that we say good-bye to our Conference
Minister but rejoice in his new call as President and Professor of Pastoral
Leadership at Bangor Theological Seminary. We pray for his success and cherish
the work that he has done in

staff….Certainly my life has been enriched by coming in touch with your lives,

The UCC has a nifty news service called
newsfeeds, which will deliver to your newspage of choice news articles on

IRS Investigation of UCC
You may have heard of this controversy, which
started when UCC member Barack Obama addressed the UCC national
convention. The ucc.org website has the latest on this, which includes the
good news that a very prominent law firm will be representing the UCC for free
since the address included absolutely no political content of any kind!
