How to Donate Online

YOU CAN NOW (AGAIN) USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT BETH ISRAEL!

Just click here on the Network for Good logo.

Important Change: There is now a 5% surcharge

Due to increased costs, Network for Good has instituted a new fee. From now on they will be taking 5% off the top of any donation as a "transaction processing fee". If the convenience of donating online, or your card's benefits, make it worth while to you, you are welcome to continue to use Network for Good. We urge you to add another 5% to your payment so that you don't have to be billed by Beth Israel for the 5% transaction fee that they subtract. On the other hand, if the added convenience is not worth paying 5% to Network for Good, then we suggest that you do not use Network for Good, but pay your dues and other donations by check.

Fill in the required information, and be sure to designate the purpose of your donation (i.e., Dues, Building Fund, other specified Funds, or General Fund. Please note that School Tuition is not considered a charitable donation). If you are making a donation, please include the name of the person in whose honor or whose memory you are making the tribute. You will receive a receipt via email (as will Beth Israel), and Beth Israel will receive your payment in two weeks. The whole process takes only a few minutes.

Contributions (including dues) to Beth Israel Congregation are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Beth Israel Congregation has been determined to be an exempt organization by the United States Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service as described in section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

When you make the donation on Network for Good's site, you will be given the opportunity to specify a dedication. For donations, you may use that area to request that the office send a tribute card. Put the desired name and address in the dedication area, or else fill out the on-line form to request a tribute card so that the Beth Israel Office knows how to acknowledge your tribute.

If you are paying dues, please refer to the Dues Schedule. The donor will always be sent an acknowledgment for dues. There is no need to request it.

If you are making a contribution, please refer to the list of funds.

If you prefer to pay by check, please select a printable form, from the menu, print it, fill it out, and send it to the synagogue with your payment.
