If you are logged in to HVCN as "guest", or if you are viewing these pages via the internet using a Web Browser, then you cannot (currently) send or receive email using the HVCN system. If you are logged in directly to HVCN and you are viewing this page via Lynx, then you need to run Pine to send and receive email.
If you would like to apply for your own personal account on HVCN, the process is very straightforward. You must fill out a form (online) and when the information has been processed and verified, your account information will be sent to you. Select "HERE" to apply for an HVCN account.
